S3:E6 - Interview with content expert Jordan Snapper - Dr. Cyber
I really enjoyed this interview, covering a topic that every PMM must master - content. It's never been harder to create content that our audience actually consumes, because it's easier than ever to generate content. This means we need strategic guidance, creativity, and audience-obsession. Learn about this from a pro in this trade - Jordan Snapper.
S3:E5 - A Live Look Inside a Product Marketer's Event Journey at Cisco Live in San Diego 2025
So, what do product marketers really do at events anyway? Well, I recorded a video to show you every step of my week at Cisco Live in sunny San Diego.

💡 PMM Tip
Perfect the prompt.
If you're given an assignment that seems massive, slow down and begin gathering all the details you can around it. This includes the requestors guidance, expected output, associated emails/threads, warnings (what not to do), executive expectations and as many files for context as possible. Then compile all of this information into a well structured prompt (Goal, Output, Warning, Context) for your AI to ingest and support you in the project.
AI is the best thing to happen to PMM productivity in our lifetime - so use it! But using it depends on solid prompt engineering. If you have an hour to complete a task, spend at least 20 minutes engineering a masterful prompt up front.
